The St. Paul Junior High is a safe and loving place where experienced teachers create an atmosphere of respect and support. St. Paul School has high standards of conduct, helping students learn to treat each other with Christ's love.St. Paul is academically rigorous, preparing students for honors classes in high school. Small class sizes mean that each student gets personalized attention and a curriculum tailored to his or her needs.

There are many opportunities to practice leadership including Leadership Council and the buddy program, where each student is paired with a younger child, allowing the JH students become role models for the younger children.
All Junior High students participate in the Tuesday Advisory Program (TAP). Students meet in small groups with an adult mentor to participate in activities that require introspection, responsibility, and respect, guided by Christian values.
Extracurricular activities include a full slate of CYO sports, forensics, and musical theatre. As an alternative to outdoor recess, Junior High students can choose from a range of activities including forensics, literary magazine, euchre/card club, yearbook, book club, and study hall.
Support services include Latchkey (before and after school child care) and a full-time support services staff.
