Mrs. Uebbing first started her teaching career at St. Paul back in 2016 as a language arts middle school teacher. Over the years, Mrs. Uebbing has coached a variety of athletic teams at St. Paul, as well as served as athletic director. Mrs. Uebbing is a graduate of Benedictine University in Lisle, IL, where she earned a degree in elementary education with a minor in special education. She is currently endorsed in language arts. In July 2025, Mrs. Uebbing welcomed her daughter, Arlie. In her free time, Mrs. Uebbing enjoys traveling, going on walks, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog, Ray.
