Mrs. Handwork: I’m thrilled to be teaching second grade again this school year. This is my 7th year teaching at St. Paul Catholic School but my 31st year teaching. I received my teaching certificate from Michigan State University and my master's degree in Reading from Wayne State University.  I grew up in Grosse Pointe and have lived here most of my life. I attended St. Clare of Montefalco Catholic School and then Grosse Pointe South High School. I currently live in GP Farms with my husband (Pete), 3 children, (Caden is a Sports Journalist, Phoebe is a Junior at MSU and Whitney is a Senior at GPS!) and 2 dogs (Hazel and Bentley).
